Women Hurt As Elevator Fails in Houston

Panhandle cold front brings scattered showers to South Plains
A fast moving cold front swept through the Panhandle and lowered temperatures across the region. Dalhart 45, Amarillo 62, with Lubbock at 58 and a forecast chilly 47 in the morning rising to 72. Isolated thundershowers occurred mainly south of the South Plains, radar showing showers from Benjam in to Kalgary and near Gail, no heavy rainfall reported.
