Windup Due Today Stock Trial Nears Judgment

British Soldiers Slain In Ulster Careers In Belfast and Dungiven

Two youths indicted for assault to murder police officer

A Massachusetts district court grand jury indicted Joe Jordan and J Lincoln Jr. on charges of assault with intent to murder Lubbock Police Officer Russell McKenzie after he was wounded by a 22 caliber bullet. The panel returned no bills against six other suspects connected to the same shooting. Trav O Neal Lincoln, brother of one of the indicted men, was charged but not indicted. he was among those later killed by the grand jury.
