Soviet deny invasion rumors ro Romania no commitment given

The Soviet Union told the United States there is no truth to rumors it contemplates invading Romania but did not promise it would not occupy the country. At a farewell party near Cleveland North Dakota eight teenagers in two cars collided at an interstate interchange just west of Jamestown.
