Underground life if arms race continues to rise

A Sunday report from the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions warns mankind could live underground as the arms race escalates. Written by Harrison Brown and James Real, the study foresees mass sheltering, city evacuations, and a retreat from the idea of war’s obsolescence. It notes a potential loss of life in a five year attack and discusses NATO Soviet dynamics and U.S. defense challenges. The Fund for the Republic funds research promoting liberty.
