Eight Die In Cab Car Collision In Chattanooga
Eight people died when a crowded taxicab collided with a passenger car inside Chattanooga city limits. Among the dead were a mother and her one year old son from Minden Louisiana. The Louisiana car occupants included Mrs Shirley E Dorsey 30 and her husband Carl 31 who was listed in critical condition. Police identified the taxi dead as six Negroes. Witnesses described the cab ramming the car then a truck before the fatal impact.
