Kenneth G. Wright of 2501 55th St. was named regional director at the National Truck Leasing System 20th annual meeting in Chicago. Wright heads Custom Leasing Inc. and Plains White Truck Co. in Lubbock. Lowell E. Caddel of Lubbock also attended as vice president of Custom Leasing. The network operates nationwide with independent locally owned truck leasing firms. The system sets driving ages from 21 to 60.
