Hereford Man Sought in Wife's Murder
Hereford police issued a murder warrant for 38 year old Luis Garcia of Lubbock owner of Garcia's Lubbock Tortilla Factory. Victoria Garcia 24 or 25 was found shot to death near a west Hereford dirt road.
