Auto price hike suit planned in Detroit

Chrysler Corp says it will ask a federal court to block price increases until the new labor agreement with the United Auto Workers. It cites costs and an average 51 increase in September and seeks a $72.80 rise under the contract, while Ford and American Motors also seek second round boosts to cover higher labor and material costs.

City, DPS Officers Nab 12 in Drug Raids
