Tokyo AP reports Nara mayor Chuzaburo Kagita says he predicted last week's China quake by watching gigantic quake clouds move westward on May 10 and 11. He consulted Prof. Daikaku Manabe of Kyushu University. a 6.6 magnitude quake struck east of Peking two days later without reported damage.
