Safety patrol awards honor 225 students in Lubbock schools
About 225 students from eight Lubbock elementary schools received safety award certificates during a program in the Lubbock Junior High auditorium. Kathleen Ingram, safety director, noted patrols operated daily with no accidents. Certificates were presented by Sgt. John Hollyfield of the State Highway Patrol.
