Davis Trial Transcript Reveal Telephone Conversation Detail
In San Jose attorney John Thorne testified about a 1970 telephone call with Angela Davis that he previously claimed fell under attorney client privilege. He admitted he was mistaken about its timing and relation to the Marin County shoot. The trial recessed until next Monday as Thorne and his attorney questioned witnesses.
