Ky says U S not to blame for fall of South Vietnam

AGANA GUAM AP The former South Vietnamese premier Nguyen Cao Ky says the United States is not to blame for Saigon’s fall while criticizing Viet Cong and political leaders. He warned of reprisals against some South Vietnamese and spoke about refugees and eventual resettlement in the United States. Ky suggested leadership changes and discussed possible exile in the United States, noting U S help but noting its own problems at home.
