Nation's biggest narcotics peddler seized in New York apartments
Federal agents arrest Saul Gelb 57 and seize more than 2 million dollars in heroin and opium in two dingy Manhattan flats. Gelb, described as the nation s biggest narcotics violator, was captured after dawn patrols began in March 1952.
