Dallas killer linked to two women slayings in late 1970s
Two Dallas murders are believed to share a common killer. Assistant Police Chief Paul McCaghren cited psychiatrists linking the August slaying of Linda Phillips near Kaufman and the February killing of Barbara Moorman in Irving to the same assailant. Both victims were lured on secluded roads after being selected by the killer.
