Rubber plant abduction ends in blasts and fire
Shelton Connecticut police reported three armed men abducted two guards at a rubber products plant about 10 p.m. They forced tape on their hands, searched for others, and fled after releasing the guards in a wooded area. Explosions gutted the building and caused estimated damage up to 10 million dollars. No injuries were reported.
