A vacant city owned warehouse near Lub bock Regional Airport burned Wednesday night causing an estimated loss up to 35000 dollars. Witnesses reported welders using torches around the site earlier in the afternoon as five fire units fought the blaze with water shortages. By 10 a.m. the roof had nearly collapsed and the building rapidly burned away.
