Evans was undergoing treatment at Methodist Hospital in Lubbock with burns to his legs and right arm, while Mahon faced critical injuries in the ICU with burns to arms, leg and head. Officials said the cause was under investigation, with preliminary notes that the craft was on the ground when the fire started. Teen killers plot insurance murder in Monroe
In Monroe Connecticut a 19 year old Thomas Bergeron and 18 year old David Stowe admitted to Killing 23 year old Christine Bergeron in her bedroom. They planned to wipe out the family and collect life insurance. The incident occurred pre dawn as the suspects fired at Christine and wounded her parents. Police say the attackers dumped the guns in a lake and were later arraigned on murder charges with bonds set at 100000 each. Christine was a 1969 Masuk High School graduate.
