A wildcat drill by Great Western Drilling and partners in Eddy County reports completion of No. 1-X Reesel Wood, 4 miles southwest of Lakesfeet, with 15 195,000 cubic feet per day gas potential indicated by an 810 foot casing and 9 172 foot depth. The No. 1 La Rica Well in Lea County is planned duals wildcat near Mallaram.
