Oklahoma man charged in death of brother slain
Charles Nalley was charged in the Perryton Texas murder of his brother Billy Joe Nalley. Nalley was shot dead by law officers Friday night near Wynnewood Oklahoma after a large search with planes and patrol units. The incident arose from a domestic dispute involving Mrs Nalley and two Nalley brothers. The two boys, 12 and 14, said Charles Nalley returned home, forced their father to leave, and threatened to take him out of the country to whip him. He also ripped out the telephone before warning the boys.
