Hospitals Refused Treatment for Injured Migrant Worker
Dr. W F Lockhart of Alpine said Rogelio Arrendondo, 20, of Eagle Pass, injured in a May 24 accident west of Marfa, was refused admission by Providence Hospital in El Paso and Santa Rosa Medical Center in San Antonio due to lack of insurance and funds.
