Khock County Commission approves bond changes and budget tweaks
The Khock County Commissioners Court met Tuesday and authorized two bond withdrawals totaling 1 219 000 and 204 000 to be supplied by Lubbock National Bank. They amended the county budget to hire an additional janitor at about 120 monthly and added 30 for a summer vacancy replacement. They also approved remodeling supplies for the Fourth Floor Child Welfare space and assigned Parcel 7 purchase issues to an attorney to resolve title problems tied to a federal estate tax claim involving L E Bartlet and others.
