County Clerk Named Explosives Licensing Agent for Lubbock
County Clerk Ed D. Allen has been appointed explosives licensing agent for Lubbock County under the Federal Explosives Act of December 26, 1941. The act, issued by the Interior Department Bureau of Mines, governs explosive purchase and use during the war emergency to keep them from unreliable hands. Volunteer Wheat Rule Targets AAA Farmers
