Thousands flee as a broken pipeline releases volatile crude oil into Lima streets and sewers, sparking a 200000 dollar blaze at the municipal sewage plant. About 10000 residents evacuated, 125 blocks cordoned, oil and sewage draining into the Ottawa River. Fire and civil defense teams battle fires and potential plant destruction.
