John Talburt a farmer from ALLAS A Ohyearalt County, was in serious condition after a four hour operation to remove a bullet that pierced his heart during a shooting incident at his farm home last Sunday. Doctors led by Dr Milton Davis performed the surgery. The bullet entered his back from the front and lodged near the heart. Talburt was moved to Methodist Hospital after treatment at Littles wick and Bays for Hospital. His condition stabilized and he remained in intensive care on the hospital’s fourth floor Wednesday evening. His son Mike, 12, was outside when the rifle discharged.
