LUBBOCK planning and zoning commission unanimously approved six cases in a brief meeting Thursday night. Arnold Meaker was re-elected chairman for 1970 and Jack Eastman named vice chairman. The panel cleared a mixed use site C-2 and R-2 zoning south of 50th Street between Memphis and Kenosha avenues, with traffic concerns and a required six-foot fence as conditions.
