25 Injured In Mishaps In Lubbock And South Plains
Fifty three traffic mishaps were reported in Lubbock from midnight Sunday to 11 p.m. Monday with injuries in seven rural county collisions. Hospitals treated fifteen ice related injuries and several car train crash victims including Mrs W V McKay 57 of Whiteface and Merle McKay 19. Paul Ybarra 25 of Brownfield remained in critical condition with head injuries. Other Brownfield residents Thomas Campos 20 and Ray Garcia 23 were treated and released. The report notes multiple incidents on FM 1585 FM 4 and surrounding streets with a list of injured individuals and locations.
