Nixon signs tax cut bill with broad scope

President Nixon signs a $15.8 billion three year tax reduction to spur growth and promises car buyers refunds averaging 200 dollars. Amarillo Bank Heist Leaves City Reeling

Three masked gunmen robbed Western National Bank in Amarillo taking 43,992 dollars. The men fled in a blue 1965 Pontiac. Lubbock County deputies later stopped a vehicle matching descriptions near FM 191 and Us 870, with occupants questioned but not linked to the robbery.
