BILLIONS LOST Tax Cheating Studied By Gambling Probers

Electrocution kills Tulia lineman at worksite

Hellen Scott, a Tulia city lineman, was electrocuted at 3 pm Wednesday while touching a primary voltage line on a Scott street pole. Co workers Joe Gamble W B Steele and James Guthrie shut off power and lowered him to the ground. Despite artificial respiration, he died at the scene. Scott, a 1952 Tulsa employee, is survived by his wife and two children. Funeral arrangements are pending.
