KETH HENLEY reports a joint estimate from the Lubbock Cotton Exchange and Plains Cotton Grows Inc puts 25-county High Plains cotton at 1,952,000 bales for the season. If realized, this would rise from last year's 1,420,200 bales and the 10-year average of 1,637,087.
