21 Year Olds Win Wisconsin Local Elections
In Tuesday elections two 21 year olds won small town mayoralties. Mark Conrad of Ripon College led Ripon with 1101 votes for mayor and 996 for City Council President. Maxwell Heffernan and Nick Goluba trailed. Incumbent Fred Kohl died last week. Charles Stenner won the Fennimore mayoral race against incumbent Clarence Trankle.
