Michael Crowley, a second offender, fined ten dollars. Hector Houde was continued until next Thursday for selling mortgaged property. Frank Peterson faces afternoon hearing for killing robins. Thomas Griffin, arrested in Dracut for hunting rabbits with a ferret, pleaded not guilty. found guilty and fined thirty dollars. Griffin appealed. James Pollard, charged with assault on Patrick Conway on August 15, was tried and found not guilty.
