In Lawrence Superior Court Edward Hanley and John Hanley of Amesbury were sentenced for illegal liquor. James Gould and John Dillon died and survived a fatal fall at a new eight story Boston building when a staging collapsed at 4:40 pm Monday. Gould died at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dillon survived with rib fractures and back injuries after catching a window sill.
J M F Lyons of Boston remains unconscious at St John’s Hospital after a runaway team event on Sunday. Michael Slavin, with a broken back, shows slight improvement in condition.
