In Lawrence, Tuesday afternoon inspectors arrested William F. Daly and Marie Rogers charged with larceny. Officer Lennon arrested two youths, aged 15 and 16, on suspicion linked to recent troubles in the area involving breaking and entering.
Amable House was found not guilty and discharged by Judge Fisher in the court of second sessions this morning after a long proceedings history. The case had been before the court repeatedly.

In Lawrence this morning no drunks appeared in police court. William F. Daley and Marie Rogers were arrested by Inspectors Allen and Laflamme for larceny of 79 dollars from Lewis Wood. Daley and Rogers were held in 300 dollars bail until tomorrow for trial. Rogers was arraigned yesterday and also held in 300 dollars until tomorrow. Louis Landry, charged as a stubborn child, was continued to the juvenile session Friday in 100 dollars bail. Peter Richards, a boy, charged with breaking and entering and larceny, was continued until Friday and held in 200 dollars bail.

The infant daughter of Michael and Clara Molloy, Margaret BE Molloy, was brought from the parents' home on Smith Street for a funeral at 2 PM yesterday. Burial followed at the Catholic Cemetery with Undertaker Savage in charge.
Marion Jones aged 23 years 10 months 24 days died at the home of her sister Mrs George Charles 265 Third street in this city on May 17. Her death is noted in the local obituary column.
