Will of Aldace F. Walker filed in New York on May 1 leaves $190,000 in personal estate. Widow receives $100,000. remainder placed in trust for sisters and relatives. Middlebury College is left $500.
Two masked men barged into Mrs. Ruth Ayers home at Springville Michigan and bound her before ransacking the house. They stole $8000 in gold and left without clues or leads.

Mrs. G W Gordon was found not guilty of concealing mortgaged property.

Joe Smiley, son of Re G Smiley, has accepted an invitation to reach at Bloomfield, Vermont, tendered by the Vermont agency. He will leave the city for a new charge on Fridays.
