Loui Wah Shee former book-keeper for Wing Sing Lung Co. grocers in Chinatown Boston is under arrest on charges of embezzling 4000 dollars from the company funds.

A long time weather record by Mr. Jackson H. Libby of No 3 Osgood Street shows an average of 25 storms and about 6.5 feet of snow over 23 years. The peak storms occurred 1872 to 1874, while 1877 to 1878 had the fewest. Last winter through March 15 had 19 storms and 4 feet 9.5 inches of snow. this winter through the same date had 20 storms and 4 feet 12 inches. The 4th district YMCA convention met in Newton with delegates from Natick South Framingham Milford Malden Woburn Norwood Hyde Park Marlboro Hudson and Boston. An evening banquet followed a welcome by Newton president J R W Shapleigh and remarks by district and state officials. Dr Harry Faulittner of Billerica Centre died at his home after a brief illness aged about 36. He had been a familiar figure in town, practicing medicine while battling two years of declining health. Word of his death comes as a loss to the community, where he was known for his intellect and politeness. He was a brother of John A. Faulkner and Fred Faulkner.
Irving Allen, native of Lowell, died at Backus hospital after six weeks in care. He fractured a arm, then hip in a fall, then pneumonia caused death Thursday. He lived in this city five years, wrote for Boston papers, served public offices, and supported Otis library. Survived by wife and two sons. wife arrived Thursday. Norwich Conn Evening Record.
Funeral services were held for Rose McNulty at 3:00 PM from 18 Market Street with bearers named and burial in the Catholic cemetery led by Rev. M J Leonard. Susan Quinn’s body was sent to Dover New Hampshire for burial. Catherine OToole’s funeral occurred at Shannahan's court with interment in the Catholic cemetery. Luther M Andrew died at 64 on High Street and private funeral plans were noted with Berwick Maine as the burial location.
