Washington March 6 The U S Supreme Court today affirmed the circuit court of appeals decision in Harriman versus Northern Securities Company regarding the distribution of 717 300 shares of Northern Pacific stock. The decree restraining transfers was overruled, establishing the Securities Company as owner of the stock. The suit, brought by E H Hartiman Winslow S Pierce and others, sought possession and restraint on distribution. Par value of the stock involved is 82 491 871. The decision followed a quick argument last week.
