The Class of 1900 at Central High School Chelmsford held graduation ceremonies in the town hall. An elegant program featured essays by Emily Belle Adams, Laura May Dutton, and Elizabeth Spofford, plus musical numbers by Miss Spofford, Mr. Swift, and Mr. Adams. Diplomas were presented by Rev. E. C. Bartlett amid prayers, with a teachers’ chorus and a parting song, followed by a reception of ice cream and cake.
