Lawrence, June 11. Ralph P. Colman walked into the police station at 6 30 this morning and gave himself up after a days-long manhunt. He is charged with murder in the Connelly case and remanded to jail without bail. Witnesses identify Colman as the man who fought with Frank J. Connelly, and police say the case may become manslaughter.
