Easton Pennsylvania January 8 Frank Welch a professional boxer died today from injuries sustained in a New Year Eve bout at Phillipsburg New Jersey against Paddy Donovan. Welch had been unconscious since the fight and thirty men including Donovan were arrested in connection with the incident.
The court urged the plenipotentiaries not to sign the note amid a great sensation as the agreement had not yet been presented for signatures. Ministers believe Prince Ching is bound verbally and expect his signature tomorrow.

Detroit Mich Jan 7 After an impressive funeral service at his residence the body of Bishop W X Ninde was moved to Central M E church for lying in state then funeral services were held. Bishops Walden Andrews Joyce delivered eulogies and the body was interred in Elmwood Cemetery vault.
