Tyler died this morning at his father's home 57 Fairmount street after a long illness aged 37. he leaves a wife.
Boston officials report that on December 18 the railroad commissioners approved the lease of the West End road to the Boston Elevated Railroad company. The action secures the transfer of operation and management to the Boston Elevated system, pending customary formalities.
