Francis Iveagh, editorial writer for an afternoon paper, was shot early today by Alexander Horr, a bookbinder and printer, and is in critical condition. Iveagh had rented a room from Horr for month with his wife and child, and after paying rent, told Horr he planned to move. The confrontation followed Iveagh being locked out and attempting entry.
