Killed on Tracks Identified Man from Lowell

Supt. of Police Moffatt received a letter from Galena Illinois police stating that on November 16 a man believed to be William Conway, once of Lowell with relatives here, was killed on the tracks. The letter gave a description: 36 years old, 5 feet 8 inches, dark hair, long arms, odd head shape. The man came from Alton Illinois and previously lived on East St. Louis. The deceased was ill in Kansas City last spring.
