Albany July 9 All men accounted for in the John G Myers Co store collapse with 13 dead and about 30 cash boys still unreported. workers believe many of the missing are not alive while initial findings suggest fewer deaths than feared. The injured remain in hospitals with several in critical condition. Local officials blame excavation work beneath the basement floor for the disaster.

The board of health reports Blanche Saumers a three year old in a family of ten at 832 Lakeview avenue has smallpox. She was moved to the contagious hospital for isolation until cured, the house fumigated and quarantined. A $2300 bill for smallpox treatment has been paid recently by the board of health.
