Construction on the Texas Gulf and Northern Railway from Midland to Seminole started with grading crews at Midland. Contractors have not arrived yet. current workers aim to complete to Seminole before June 1, 1913, with board members noting favorable company progress.
The People of Levington turned out last Saturday and voted unanimously for the school bonds. The notice praises the strong voter turnout and urges continued community effort as Lovington grows.
The Ladies of the Presbyterian Church will serve a dinner at the Skating Rink immediately after Thanksgiving Day services.
