Harris Nursery and Family Roots Deep in Lea County History
Wes Harris operates Harris Wholesale Nursery and Gourmet Seeds on a historic Lea County site near Tatum. The land blends rich soil, shallow water, and generations of pioneer families, with Murphy's Chapel school and cemetery nearby. Wes and relatives preserve a landscape tied to early 1900s homesteaders, Texas Ranger ties, and enduring community memory.
