Ardmore Oklahoma police accuse city councilman Joe Taylor who owns a large grocery and appliance store of taking part in a burglary ring that may have committed more than 300 break ins across Texas Arkansas and Oklahoma. Taylor faces second degree burglary charges for a November 27 theft in Stratford Oklahoma and was released on 2000 bond.
