A Humble No 1 AH wildcat in West Central Lea County New Mexico flowed 225 barrels of high grade Penn oil in 13 hours at 3/8 inch choke after perforation acidizing. Initial tests near Penn level produced 38–58 barrels in two hours with gas at 2,670,000 cubic feet daily. Hole now at 10,957 feet near Section 35-15S-34E nine miles west of Lovington.
