In Santa Fe district court Reies Lopez Tijerina 42 and ten co defendants from the Federal Alliance of Free City States plead innocent to charges of kidnapping false imprisonment and assault stemming from an armed raid on the Tierra Amarilla New Mexico courthouse in June 1967. Bail set at 5000 for most defendants Noll denied extradition and will contest the request. Trial set to begin in Albuquerque on November 12.
