Gilbert Pfeiffer honored as citizen of the year at the Tatum Chamber of Commerce banquet in the high school cafeteria. Ferrel Caster presented the award and Pfeiffer was praised for civic work in consolidating Tatum into a village, along with service on the Lions Club City Council Methodist Church and Tatum Men's Club.
