William Robert Maxwell age 79 died in El Paso Texas Thursday afternoon. Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Smith Yarbro Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Loyington Cemetery. He was born June 28 1883 in Ranger Texas and is survived by a son in Lawton Oklahoma two daughters in El Paso and Roswell one sister in Lawton plus 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Martinez and Herrera, both 20, admitted to involvement after a lie detector test on Feb 20. Dr. Hogshead says Martinez fired and Herrera suspended, with possible criminal action pending for Martinez. Board emphasizes patient welfare and cooperation, sets March 29 meeting and psychological testing at Highlands University. Lovington City Commission agenda includes bids on Girl Scout Hut repair and Firemen's Alarm System delay.
